Processing time on restocks is 5-7 business days not including holidays and weekends and 2-4 days on normal days.
If your package is returned due to incorrect information supplied to us, we will not refund shipping costs. Your order can be reshipped at buyer's expense or the order can be refunded minus shipping costs.
Due to the nature of my product, all sales are final. We can no longer refund shipping charges for multiple orders however, they may be combined for your convenience if we notice them before they are shipped. Please make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase before checking out.
We cannot accept or process returns on polishes purchased elsewhere (i.e. blog sales, eBay, etc.).
If you receive a polish that is damaged please send me an email (email@example.com) with pictures of the damage within 24 hours regarding a replacement.
If we have sent you an incorrect item, please keep the items that were sent to you and we will send you the correct item. If we no longer have the polish ordered in stock, we will issue a refund for the damaged or incorrect items minus shipping charges.
In the event that the USPS states that your package has been delivered to you yet you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office within 24 hours of said delivery. Please understand that we cannot refund you for a package that shows it was delivered to you according to tracking. It is your responsibility to follow up to locate your package. If necessary, you will need to file a lost package claim with usps.
